Who we are

Dorak is an appointment booking platform for salons, clinics and service businesses, run by OBELIX Agency. Privacy contact: info@obelixagency.com.

What we collect

Business owners and staff: name, mobile number and business details (services, prices, hours and branches).

Clients who book: name, mobile number, booking details and any note they write. The business also records visit count, no-shows and amount paid.

Technical data: server logs and error reports needed to run and protect the service.

Why we use it

To run bookings and show them to the business, to verify mobile numbers with a code, and for security and support. We never sell or rent personal data.

A business's client data

Each business is responsible for its clients' data, and Dorak processes it on the business's behalf. WhatsApp confirmations and reminders are sent by the business from its own number; Dorak only prepares the text.

Essential cookies for sign-in and security.

Optional cookies on marketing pages only: Google Analytics to measure visits if you choose “Analytics only” or “Allow all”, and Meta and Google ad-measurement cookies (_fbp, _fbc, _gcl_au) if you choose “Allow all”. They are never used on booking, account or admin pages, and you can change your choice from “Privacy and cookie settings”.

Services we rely on

Hosting (Hostinger), an SMS provider for verification codes, error monitoring (Sentry), and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta on marketing pages only after you agree.

How long we keep it

We keep data while the business account is active. When deletion is requested we remove it from the system, and it leaves backups as they rotate.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@obelixagency.com. If you are a client of a business, you can also contact that business directly.

Changes

We may update this policy and show the date of the latest change at the top of the page.
