The service
Dorak is a platform run by OBELIX Agency for taking bookings and managing appointments, staff and clients. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your account
Accounts are created with a mobile number verified by a code. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and for everything done from your account and your team's accounts.
The business's responsibilities
Keep services, prices and hours accurate, contact your clients only with their consent and within the law, and keep your clients' data confidential, especially health data in clinics.
Plans and payment
The prices and plans on the pricing page at the time you subscribe apply. We may change prices with prior notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for spam, impersonation, anything unlawful, or attempts to reach another business's data.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but there may be downtime for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is in any case limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where possible.
